Hawks Consulting has experienced significant growth in the amount of civil and criminal cases that have come in from around the country and we are always interested in hearing from talented examiners. We are a 100% remote employer and there are no plans to change that. Unlike most companies in this field, we are proud to take cases from the prosecution and the defense because of our conviction that the records are what they are despite what someone might want them to be. To that end, our clients include everyone from Public Defender’s to the US Attorney’s Office. In addition to criminal work, we also provide expert analysis and testimony to civil attorneys both plaintiff and defense across the country.

Those interested should have extensive history working complex cases involving call detail records, social media returns, and device extractions. In addition to casework experience, we are only interested in candidates who have qualified as an expert witness in relevant fields at least 10 times.
